  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (within India)

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select locations at extra cost)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹999.

  • Express shipping charges (if opted) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reputed courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and link. You can track your order in real-time.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate.

  • ROYAL 4 SEASONS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In case of a missed delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.

8. Delays

In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or logistics issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
